Closing a SU
This functionality is available from the G2 version.
This screen is used to close a SU in a simple way and open it.
The SU management function is a more comprehensive function also used to manage the closing and opening of SUs.
The SU is defined in a setup table, (SU types) and it contains a status to view the progress.

The screen is comprised of a single entry tab.
Entry screen
Presentation
This screen is used to select a SU by entering its number.
Depending on the context and the operation to be performed , the "Close" and "Open" buttons become active:
-the "Close" button is accessible if the entered SU is open (with the status 6-Pending palletization).
- the "Open" button is active if the entered SU is closed (with the status 7-Pending loading or status 8-Pending shipment).
Possibility to modify the dimensions and weight of the processed SU based on the set-up of the SU type.

The following fields are present on this tab :
Block number 1
| Numerical sequence automatically assigned by the system upon validation of the DO header. This number features an information specific to the system, all depositors included. This piece of information features a unique access key to a Delivery Order. |

Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
DO no. field error: Record does not exist
The entered DO no. does not exist in the delivery order table
SU no. field error: Record does not exist
The entered SU no. does not exist in the SU table
SU already loaded or shipped
It is not possible to open an already loaded or shipped SU.
