This screen is used to carry out stock transfers of kit SOs/components created via the assembling functionality.

The transfer movement is validated by another function: the "Transfer/Replenishment validation" function.

From its inception, the movement creates a pending output movement from its original location, and a pending input movement in its destination location. It must be validated to delete the pending movements.

Screen management

The screen is made up of:

  • a header to enter the transfer movement code.
  • a grid enumerating the Kit SOs/components ready to be transferred.

Entry screen

Presentation

This functionality is sub-divided into several phases:
1°) Entry of the transfer-type movement code.
2°) Selection of the stock objects with possible entry of the destination store and/or address.
3°) Creation of the transfer order.

List of the Kit/component stock objects:

Warehousing displays all the available Kit SOs/components linked to the validated assembling movements. What is meant by "available" is stock logically present and not pending any movement.

Addressing rule upon transfer:

The SO line addressing complies with the following rule:

  • if the store/address is entered, addressing is exclusively performed on it.
  • if only the store is entered, Warehousing looks for the address using the standard algorithm, but within the limits of the entered store.
  • if no store/address is entered, Warehousing looks for the address using the standard algorithm.

    Used to view the detail of the stock object concerned via a "tunnel".

    Used to view the assembling movements linked to a grid line via a "tunnel".

    Specific Buttons

    used to filter the grid SOs.

    Used to remove the selected Kit SOs/components from the grid. After confirmation, these SOs (always present in the assembling location) will no longer be visible/submitted in this screen.

    Nevertheless, it will always be possible to transfer these SOs via the standard transfer function.

    Error messages

    The only error messages are the generic ones.
