From this screen, it is possible to:

  • Create/modify the header of an assembling order (AO) and its lines.
  • View the header of an AO and its associated lines.
  • Complete the header/line of an AO.
  • View the output movements and the shortage lines of an AO.

Screen management

An AO is created using 1 tab for the header and 3 tabs for the lines.

There are 2 types of AOs:

  • Type "Assembling": AOs that have a movement code from the group "Assembling"
  • Type "Disassembling": AOs that have a movement code from the group "Disassembling"

Header

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Numerical sequence automatically assigned by the system upon validation of the AO header. This number features an information specific to the system, all depositors included. This piece of information features a unique access key to an Assembling Order.

  • Reference (field REF)

Document reference.

  • Date (field DAT)

 

  • Status (field BMHSTA)

Tab General

This tab contains the general parameters of the AO.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Work order

  • Number (field ASBNUM)

work order number that can be entered manually during the manual creation of an AO, or else that can be sent by the L3 during the creation of an AO via an interface.

  • Date (field ASBDAT)

 

Preparation

 

  • Urgent (field URG)

Used to subsequently create urgent AO waves to be handled in priority.

  • Service priority (field PIR)

The service priority is used to define an order of priority for the processing of the assembling orders.

Planned dates

  • Launch (field EXPLNCDAT)

 

  • field EXPLNCTIM

 

  • Process end (field EXPENDDAT)

 

  • field EXPENDTIM

 

Effective dates

  • Launch (field LNCDAT)

Specific Buttons

This button is used to complete an AO header or kit line.

Note: Completing a kit-type line completes all the associated component lines.

This button provides access to the AO line detail.

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

"Movement code" field error:  XX: Mvt code prohibited.

the movement code must belong to the assembling or disassembling processing group.
