Mass validation
This screen is used to validate or cancel one or several transfer or replenishment orders.

Screen management
The screen includes a single tab and a header used for the selection of the transfer type (Replenishment or transfer) and a table to select the orders.

Validation
Depending on the ‘Replenishment’ or ‘Transfer’ mode (by default), the corresponding records are displayed. To switch from one mode to the other, tick the records to be selected. If ‘Transfer’ is selected, only transfer orders including transfer movements are displayed. If ‘Replenishment’ is selected, only replenishment orders including replenishment movements are displayed.
In order to completely validate a transfer/replenishment order, it is necessary to tick the records to be validated in the table and to click Transfer/replenishment movements are then validated, locations are updated and the reserve stock becomes available.
The buttonis used to select orders, taking into account the identifying criteria of the order, the date ranges and the wave numbers, as well as the movement type (transfer/replenishment).
The entry of a control code is prohibited when using this functionality, irrespective of the setup used.
Entry of an operator code can be requested by the system. For replenishment movements, the configuration of the outputs for the current depositor must be set up accordingly. For transfer movements, the site setup is used to determine if the operator code management is required or not. Validation is only possible when the entered operator code is authorized to validate transfers and/or replenishments.
Cancellation
It is possible to cancel one or more transfers by selecting the records and activating the button.
Canceling an order or a order record moves the movements to status 9-Canceled. The output work in progress on the pick location and the input work in progress on the deposit location are canceled.
The total cancellation of a movement can also be achieved using the Unit transfers function or Unit validationfunction.

Error messages
In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :
Error on CU no. field
The entered quantity is larger than the quantity of cumulated movements.
Container missing from the palletization program.
The entered container does not belong to the palletization program of the movement input container.
Operator code invalid.
Transfers/replenishments cannot be validated using the entered operating code.
Qty CU quantity to be canceled > CU total – Pending output movements.
The replenishment movement to be canceled is used in an output movement.
