Reports > Module Geode GX > Report BL (Delivery note)

This document is enclosed with the goods shipped to a customer; the DN reflects the shipment of a customer order.

Warehousing refers either to a temporary printable DN (depending on the output setup configuration) at a specific stage of the output process, a differring DN if the final preparation is different from that of the temporary DN or a final DN generated upon shipment confirmation.

The DN printing can be different by depositor; if the DO at the origin of the DN is in a packing-type preparation mode, then the DN actually comes with a packing list.

Description of the report

The DN header mentions information on the ship-to customer, shipping site and carrier, and especially:

- Shipping site information: details of the site

- Ship-to customer information: details of the end customer, shipping and invoicing details

- Our references: DN date and time, ship-to customer code, DO reference

- Your references: Order no. and date.

- Carrier information: carrier details, description of the transport mode and carrier mode.

- Loading summary: calculation of the DN weights and volumes, display of the number of packages and SUs.

For each DN line, the BL report displays:

- Line no.(reference of the DO line)

- Item and item description

Each line on the DN is the total of the combined output movements on the line, being neither in shortage nor cancelled upon preparation nor postponed.

Physically, these movements correspond to what is actually shipped.
