Use this function to initialize or reinitialize the skills in the existing interview records (GESEVA function) having the 'In progress' status: the required validated skills will be updated in the generated interviews.

For example, interviews have been generated but the guidelines for the positions or standard jobs are modified. When you launch the skill update, the system applies the latest changes introduced into the guidelines to all the interviews of a campaign.

As a consequence, you can use this function to add skills that are required but are not assessed yet (and therefore do not appear on the employees' career record) into the table of validated skills of the interview records.

SEEINFO The system only considers those skills that have never been assessed yet, and the active skills (in other words, theskills records (GESCPC function) where the Active check box is selected).

    The following fields are present on this tab :

    Interviews

    Enter the criteria to limit the initialization of skills to a type of interview and to a group of employees for a given campaign.

     

    • Evaluated period start date (field STRDAT)

     

    • Evaluated period end date (field ENDDAT)

     

    Criteria

    • All companies (field ALLCPY)

     

     

    • All sites (field ALLFCY)

     

    This number is used to identify the site in a unique way.
    A site belongs to only one company.
    A site can represent a geographical location (plant, company, etc. ) or a responsibility center.

    SEEWARNING All operating management actions are carried out from a site.

    It is possible to associate a default site or one site per module for each user. Depending on the function being used, the default site is submitted automatically. It can be modified with another site which has been authorized for the user, according to this user’s authorizations.

     

    • All departments (field ALLSRV)

    Enter the criteria to limit the initialization of skills to a type of interview and to a group of employees for a given campaign.

     

     

     

    • field PRFDES

     

    Enter the criteria to limit the initialization of skills to a type of interview and to a group of employees for a given campaign.

     

    This field defines the selection ranges of the employees' ID numbers to be processed by the function.

     

    • Other criterion (field CRI)

    Field only available if no other criterion is entered.

    Update

    • Simulation (field SIMUL)

    When this box is checked, the operation is not really executed, but only simulated. The resulting detailed trace file describes what would have been performed if the operation had not been executed in this mode.

    • Requested skills (field CPCREQ)

    Select this check box to update the data in the Requested skills table of the Interview function (GESEVA).

    • Validated skills (field CPCVAL)

    Select this check box to update the data in the Validated skills table of the Interview function (GESEVA).
