The screens of this inquiry function can be set up (code PPD) via the corresponding setup function.

Workflow Rules

The Entry of variables workflow rule is used to trigger a workflow when the manager validates their request including one or more variables whose Hierarchical validation box is checked.
The recipient receives one workflow by manager and by payroll variable subject to hierarchical validation.
When an entry for other people is performed, a copy of the email is sent to the manager for information.
This workflow rule is similar to that of the leave request management.

The types of answers proposed are:

• Accepted,
• Rejected,
• Addition expected,
• Redirection.

A reminder workflow can be used to inform the managers of the upcoming closing pay date. A first workflow is sent seven days before the closing date, and a second workflow is sent two days before.
