Dispatching Authorization
This parameter is used to authorize or not the inquiry on the service requests assigned to the Dispatching mode.
It should be noted that this parameter also influences the contents of the main left list for the service requests, outside of the Dispatching context.
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level User.It belongs to Chapter HDK (Customer Support) and the Group AUZ (Authorizations),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
- AUSHDKA (After-sales employee)
- AUSHDKC (Filter on actions)
- AUSHDKD (Filter on orders)
- AUSHDKE (Global stat. authorization)
- AUSHDKF (Request search authorization)
- AUSHDKG (Request closing authorization)

The global variable GAUSHDKB is associated with it.
