Filter on orders
This parameter determines the nature of the filter applied to the left list of the Order management object, when accessed using the Order button for a service request.
The "According to order" value is used to display only the orders associated with the service request concerned.
The "According to the customer" value is used to display all the orders entered for a single customer.

This parameter is defined at the level User.It belongs to Chapter HDK (Customer Support) and the Group AUZ (Authorizations),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :
