Filter on service responses
This parameter determines the nature of the filter applied to the left list of the Service responses object when accessed from a service request using the navigations menus.
- The "According to installed base" value is used to only display the Service responses that apply to the installed base entered by default in the service request.
- The "According to the request" value is used to display only the service responses involved with the original request.
- The "According to the customer" value displays all the service responses concerning the same customers.
Level of localization / Global variable
This parameter is defined at the level User.It belongs to Chapter HDK (Customer Support) and the Group AUZ (Authorizations),The following parameters are also associated with this chapter and group :

- AUSHDKD (Filter on orders)
- AUSHDKE (Global stat. authorization)
