This function is used to set up the resource types of the current folder.

A type of resource identifies a set of resources that are likely, for a given site, to:

Examples of types of resources: the driver, the picker, the receiving agent, etc.

Screen management

The function designed to manage the type of resources contains one single grid to create, modify and delete types of resources.

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Grid

Code identifying the type of resource (defined by site).

A resource type identifies a set of resources likely on any given site to perform the same types of missions, access the same mission areas and use the same types of materials.

  • Description (field RSTDESAXX)

 

  • Short description (field RSTSHOAXX)

 

  • Position (field ADDBCD)

Specifies the default start position (defined by its store and location) relating to this type of resource as displayed upon entering in function RF Missions that offers missions to be conducted by a given resource.

SEEWARNING the location must have an associated mission area in order to be selected.

Specifies the default handling material relating to this type of resource as displayed upon entering in function RF Missions that offers missions to be conducted by a given resource.

Specifies the default handling material relating to this type of resource as displayed upon entering in function RF Missions that offers missions to be conducted by a given resource.

SEEINFO a material may have both an IT and a handling nature. For instance, this is the case with embedded terminals.
