The calculated values from the data extraction are shown on two tabs:
In addition, the results are shown with a traffic light status indicator. By default, an export is only possible when all entries have a green status. This behavior can be changed by changing the parameter GERRSEXTMP - Temporary journal export (chapter LOC, group GER) to YES and checking the option "Hide invalid" in the header of the screen.
Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Selection
| Allows the selection of a group of companies, for which the function is run. |
| Allows the selection of the company, for which the function is run. |
| This field controls the legislative context, for which the setup or function takes place. When selecting a left list entry (if available), the linked legislation is displayed here. |
| Restricts the processing to the given site of a company. The field is not available, when a group of companies has been entered. |
| Displays the national Tax identifier according to the legal master data of the company or group of companies. |
| Depending on the context, this field either states the start date from which the records are selected or defines the start of validity of an configuration entry. |
| Depending on the context, this field either states the end date up to which the records are selected or defines the end of validity of an configuration entry. |
| Displays the processing currency (from main legal ledger). |
| If activated, invalid records will be suppressed on data processing (and consequently not exported later). Only available when parameter GERRSEXTMP - Temporary journal export (chap. LOC, group GER) is active. |

| This column relates to the accompanying BP tax rule. The BP tax rule must have the setting EU (intra-community) tax. |
| This information is compulsory. The invoice type suggested by default is linked to the SIVTYP - User invoice type parameter. You can modify it if necessary by choosing an invoice type from the list of invoice types that have been defined.
On invoice entry, only an invoice type with a legislation and company group consistent with those of the company linked to the sales site can be entered. |
| Displays the document number of the underlying invoice. |

This button is used to save under a Memo code the current values of the screen, irrespective of the screen, with the goal of reusing the setup. The memo is linked to the user: If a memo code called STD associated with the screen exists, it is loaded right upon entering the corresponding function. For further information on the advanced use of the Memo button, refer to the documentation on the General ergonomics of the SAFE X3 software. |
