This function is used to track the activity of missions to process and the implemented means (resources, materials) on the current site.

Screen management

The function is sub-divided into a header and 2 tabs.

Header

Presentation

this header field contains the information on the wave number and its launching date.

This information is only entered when this function is accessed via tunnel from the wave tracking function.

Tab Activity tab

Presentation

This tab is comprised of a grid and two graphic components.

Grid of the missions to process

the number of missions to process with their assignment by status (available, under completion, locked) as well as the number of rejected tasks are listed in this grid for each type of mission.

It is possible to display the list of missions of a given type by clicking on the "Magnifier" icon of the Details column.

It is likewise possible to display the list of missions for each status (available, under completion, locked) by clicking on a given cell, then selecting the "Detail" option in the menu that appears via right-click.

Graphical illustration of the resources

this graph presents:
- the number of available
resources
- the number of resource currently working on the missions (i.e. those logged on to the RF mission submission function) among which
          - the number of resource on a mission (i.e. being in the process of performing a task)

Graphical illustration of the materials

this graph presents:
- the number of available
materials
- the number of materials in process (i.e. the materials taken by a resource) among which
          - the number of materials on a mission (i.e. being used to carry out a task)

Grid Mission to process

Code identifying the type of mission (defined by site).

A mission type represents a logistical flow of the warehouse (like the receipt, the storage, etc.).

This screen is comprised of 2 grids:

A grid for the Resources

This grid provides the current situation of the resources:
- the materials used
- their current position (and mission area)
- the mission being carried out, if any
- its unavailability (with a reason) if any

A grid for the Materials

This grid provides the current situation of the materials:
- the resource using this material
- their current position (and mission area)
- the mission being carried out, if any
- its unavailability (with a reason) if any

Fields

The following fields are present on this tab :

Grid Resources

Specifies the resource code.

Code identifying the type of resource (defined by site).

A resource type identifies a set of resources likely on any given site to perform the same types of missions, access the same mission areas and use the same types of materials.

  • In progress (field RSSCNX)

Stipulates that the resource is working (i.e. they are logged on to the VT mission submission function).

Specifies the handling material used by the resource.

Specifies the IT material used by the resource.

  • Position (field RSSPLC)

Specifies the resource's current location (store/address).

Specifies the mission area where the resource is located.

Specifies the number of the mission being carried out.

  • Description (field RSSMSNDES)

 

  • Unavailable (field RSSUVYFLG)

Specifies whether the resource is unavailable.

Specifies why the resource is unavailable.

Grid Materials

Code that identifies the material.

Code identifying the type of material (defined by site).

A material type identifies a set of materials likely on any given site to be used for the same types of missions, within the same mission areas (for handling materials) and to be used by the same types of resources.

  • In progress (field MATCNX)

Speciies that the material is being used by a resource.

Specifies the resource who is currently using the material.

  • Position (field MATPLC)

Specifies the current position (location) of the material.

Specifies the current mission field where the material is located.

Specifies the mission which is being carried out by the material.

  • Description (field MATMSNDES)

 

  • Unavailable (field MATUVYFLG)

Specifies whether the material is unavailable. If so, the unavailability reason is displayed.

specifies the reason why a material is not available.
