Screen management

The screen is comprised of a header part with the transfer order information, and a grid part with the grouped movements of the transfer order.

DISPLAY

When entering the function, only the Transfers/Replenishments of merging of flows type to be processed are displayed.

Display of the wave no. with a merging of flows type having generated the transfer/replenishment as well as the order generation date and time.

The transfer/replenishment movements of a transfer/replenishment order are regrouped to be displayed, in other words, any movement showing the characteristics below are cumulated (at display level) in order to make their reading easier.

• Transfer no.
• Removal and repositioning store and address
• Reservation code, lot no., support no.; original code and FIFO date
• Quantity, Product container, homogeneous container
• Status
  For instance:
  let us consider 2 movements of 1PP1 of 100 CUUs for the same destination. They will be regrouped for display, i.e. a single line of 2PP1s of 100 CUUs, i.e. 200 CUUs.

The transfer/replenishment type can take the following values:

• Merging of flow transfer
• Merging of flow replenishment

VALIDATION

In order to validate a transfer/replenishment order in part or in full, it is necessary to check the recordings to be saved in the grid, then trigger the button "Save".
The transfer/replenishment movements are then validated, the removal and repositioning locations as well as the stock objects are updated.
Concerning the transfer orders, the transferred quantities of the wave DO lines are updated and the stock becomes available in the splitting store used for the preparation.

Those recordings showing a quantity in a "grayed-out" font cannot be selected because the corresponding movements have already been validated.

To modify the quantity of a recording, the CU nb, nb and homogeneous container fields can be modified, only to be decreased.
The following controls are performed:

• For the picking locations, the entered quantity must be a multiple of the reference container of the picking location.
• The entered container must belong to the palletization program of the product input container.
• The entered quantity must be a multiple of the homogeneous level of the container of the product to be transferred.
• No partial transfer authorized if the store set-up for the stock to be transferred requires complete object transfers.

In case of partial validation of a recording, the original movement is split, the entered quantity is updated on the validated movement (switching to status 8-Validated) and the balance movement remains on status 3-Addressed to be later validated or cancelled.

The system may require that a control code is entered; it becomes mandatory if the Ctrl code field of the grid contains the character "?"
To that end, the product set-up, location, store and configuration of the inputs/outputs of the current depositor need to be set up accordingly.
Validation will only be possible if the entered control code matches the expected control code, and it can be viewed in the location record.

The entry of an operator code can be requested by the system;
For the replenishment movements, the output configuration of the current depositor needs to be set up accordingly.
For the transfer movements, the set up of the current site requires that an operator code is entered.
Validation will only be possible if the entered operator code enables the validation of the transfers and/or replenishments depending on the processed flow.

CANCELLATION 

It is possible to cancel a transfer/replenishment or the saving of an order by selecting the recordings and selecting the "Cancel" button.

Cancelling an order, or the saving of an order, moves the movements to status 9-Cancelled.
The pending output movements from the removal location, and the pending input movements to the repositioning location are cancelled.
Updating of the stock objects and, in the case of transfers, updating of those quantities that have not been transferred to the DO lines.

It is not possible to cancel a replenishment movement already used for an output movement.

The cancellation and total validation of a movement can also be achieved via the mass validation. function.

Error messages

In addition to the generic error messages, the following messages can appear during the entry :

Error on CU no. field

The entered quantity is larger than the quantity of the totaled movements.

No incomplete container on picking

The entered quantity is not a multiple of the quantity of the reference container of the picking location.

Quantity not a multiple of the homogeneous quantity

The entered quantity is not a multiple of the homogeneous level of the container of the stock object to be transferred.

Partial transfer prohibited

The store of the stock object to be transferred does not enable partial transfer.

CU quantity to be cancelled > CU total – Pending output movements

The replenishment movements to be cancelled is used in an output movement.

Container missing from the palletization program

The entered container does not belong to the palletization program of the movement input container.

Operator code invalid.

The entered operator code does not enable the transfers/replenishments to be validated. The authorizations granted to an operator can be viewed in the operator table.

"Ctrl code" field error

The entered control code does not match the expected control code. The value of the control code can be displayed on the location.
