Adjustments
| If the box is checked, an operator code will have to be entered upon creation of an adjustment. |
| If the box is checked, a control code will have to be entered upon creation of an adjustment. |
Cross Docking
| Name of the Cross Docking type store used by the Cross Docking functionality to address the stock linked to a Cross Docking requirement (Delivery Order). If it is not entered, the Cross Docking is not managed on the site. |
Transfers
| If the box is checked, an operator code will have to be entered upon validation of a transfer. |
| If it is checked, a control code can be requested during the removal of the transfer movement. |
| If it is checked, a control code can be requested during the repositioning of the transfer movement. |
| If the box is checked, the transfer validation will be automatic. |
| If the box is checked, the transfer order will be generated upon creation of a transfer. |
| If the box is checked, the transfer labels will be generated upon creation of a transfer. |
Delivery order
| If the box is checked, the DO portfolio can be accessed in the carrier calculation function.
|
| If the box is checked, in addition to the search for the best carrier/transport mode, a generic round is searched and is assigned to the DO if said DO is set to shipping management and the output configuration of the DO depositor is set to generic round management. It is only a generic round code and not a round assignment. |
| If the box is checked, the system will try to assign the DO to a shipping round (generic or not) either by creating, or using , an already existing round. The process can be carried out for DOs that have already been assigned to a round. |
| It is the default time used to create the round in the case where the generic rounds are not set up (output configuration). |
| The purpose here is to set up the possibility to deliver a DO in advance and thus to assign to it a round date prior to the shipping date. |
|   |
Supplier EAN
| When checked, a uniqueness control by site is carried out on the suppliers EAN specified on the product containers. |
Waves
| If checked, the site is taken into account when submitting an automatic wave creation recurring task. |
Replenish balance transfers
| If the box is checked, the generated replenishment orders will be regrouped by removal preparation area linked to the store. |
| If the box is checked, the generated replenishment orders will be regrouped by repositioning preparation area linked to the store. |
Receipts
| If the box is checked, an operator code will have to be entered upon validation of the expected input receipts. |
Inter-site
| This flag is sued to trigger or deactivate the "inter-site" round management for the current sire. |

Fields
The following fields are present on this tab :
Ideal Rotation class
| Used to define the calculation mode of the ideal ABC classes. If the parameter is set to location, the possible locations for the reassignment are sorted by ABC class order, from the highest to the lowest (with respect to the maximum number of promptings defined in the ABC class table). Products are also sorted by decreasing order of number of promptings. The ideal class for the product with the most promptings will be the ABC class of the first location (highest ABC class). The next product will have the ABC class of the second location, and so on and so forth. If If the parameter is set to ABC class, the ideal ABC class of a product is determined by comparing the number of promptings for this product with the maximum number of promptings defined for each class in the ABC class table. |
Calendar rules
| Minimum period of time needed between two reassignments for a product/container pair. |
|   |
| This parameter specifies the minimum activity period of the product before the first reassignement. Below this value, the calculation prompting is not significant because the calculation period is insufficient. (this entered number corresponds to a number of calendar days). This number is also used to calculate:
The reassignment period corresponds to the time during which the reassignment will be effective. This period is used for the weighing calculation linked to the seasonality.
|
|   |
| This entered number corresponds to a number of calendar days.
During the calculation of the ideal classes, the system deduces the days not worked from the defined calculation period. The days not worked are determined from the calendar for the forecast period and from the movements for the historical record. |
|   |
Ideal Volume class
| Used to define the calculation mode of the ideal volume classes. If it is set to location, the possible locations for the reassignment are sorted by volume class order, from the highest to the lowest (with respect to the maximum volumes defined in the volume class table). Products are also sorted by volume order processed by decreasing day. The ideal product class dealing the largest volume will be the volume class of the first location (highest volume class). The next product will have the volume class of the second location and so on and so forth. If it is set to target coverage, the ideal volume class of a product is determined by comparing the processed volume of this product multiplied by the number of days of the target coverage, with respect to the maximum volumes defned for each class in the volume class table. |

Address Priority
| Upon picking reassignment (or assignment), the system uses these priority criteria to address the transfer. The six possible downgrades correspond to the six following parameters:
|
Non-work Days
| Definition of the public holidays when updating the calendar.
In the calendar management function, when creating a new month, the system will define the default public holidays for this month using these parameters. |

Receipt
|   |
| Concerning the RFT receipt procedure, the reading of the EI reference enables the system to carry out the receipt of an EI. This parameter mentions the start of the range of characters to be taken into account to find the EI line reference. For instance: if the bar code only contains the EI reference over 15 characters, the setup is, Start value: 1, End value: 15. |
| Concerning the RFT receipt procedure, the reading of the EI reference enables the system to carry out the receipt of an EI. This parameter mentions the end of the range of characters to be taken into account to find the EI line reference.

| If the flag is checked, the "drip and drop" mode receipt is activated by default in the Radio-Frequency procedures. |
| This field is used to define the receipt method that will be submitted by default in the portable receipt procedure. There are 3 possible choices:
|
Picking
| If this box is checked, the site authorizes preventive inventories. |
| Minimum time (in days) that must elapse between two inventories (preventive or by address) in a picking location. Note: this control is carried out from the date of the last inventory stored at location level. |
|   |
| Movement code that will be assigned to the adjustment movements carried out further to a preventive inventory. |
| If the box is checked, an operator code will have to be entered upon creation of a preventive inventory. |
| Indicates if the Movement grouping in the RF picking function is active on the site. |
Loading
| If checked, when loading parcels/SUs in ADC mode (Radio-frequency), the following blocking control will occur: "the parcel/SU must be located on the loading quay of the round". If it is not checked, no consistency control is carried out between the quay of the parcel/SU and the quay of the round. |
Transfer validation
| if ticked, the system will automatically validate the transfer movement removal upon RFT transfer creation (function Transfer creation) and will ask the operator if they want to proceed with the repositioning of this movement via the transfer validation RFT function. |
| This parameter provides the default movement code that will be used when creating a unit transfer order via the corresponding RF function. |
|   |
|   |
| When checked, the operator will have to enter the product code upon carrying out the picking and depositing phases of a transfer by ADC (transfer function in 2 phases). |
