Revenue estimation method
This parameter defines if the estimated revenue for a project is to be entered manually or calculated automatically.
Manual entry or calculated - This is the default value for this parameter. The total estimated revenue for a project can be entered manually or it can be calculated automatically by clicking a Refresh icon in the project.
Manual entry - The total estimated revenue for a project must be entered manually.
Calculated - The total estimated revenue for a project is calculated automatically by clicking a Refresh icon in the project.
The field associated with this parameter in the project is theEstimated revenue at completion field (EREVCOM). If the Estimated revenue at completion field is calculated automatically an SQL query reads the value of sales orders linked to the project to obtain this value.
ESTREVINIT - Estimated revenue init. parameter (TC chapter, PJM group). You use this parameter to define the SQL query that is to be executed to initialize the Estimated revenue at completion field each time the project revenue value is calculated.
