This parameter sets the default status of new lines on a time entry record.
No - This is the default value for this parameter. New time entry lines are set to Awaiting validation status. They must be validated manually.
Yes - New time entry lines are automatically set to Validated status.

Comments
All time entry records must be validated before they can be approved for posting against a project. This parameter is used in the Time entry function (PJMTE) to initialize the Validated field (PTEVAL).
All validated time entry records must be processed through a mandatory "control" phase before they can be approved for posting, if the PJMTIMENT - Time entry control phase parameter (TC chapter, PJM group) is set to Mandatory.
