Create Projects dimension
This parameter defines whether analytical dimension codes should automatically be created for new project codes.
'Always' - Create analytical dimension codes automatically for new project codes, for dimension types flagged as 'Project management'.
'Confirmation' - Offer a choice of whether or not to create the dimension code.
