Sold product revision mngt
This parameter defines if a project sales document, used to create a sales quotation, sales order or sales invoice, can be revised.
Not managed - This is the default value for this parameter. Project sales documents cannot be revised.
Managed on demand - A project sales document can be revised and a new project sales document with an incremental revision number optionally created.
Managed automatically - A project sales document can be revised. A new project sales document with an incremental revision number is created automatically.

Comments
With project sales document revision numbers activated, every modification to a project sales document, however small, can create a new project sales document with an incremental revision number. For example, with this parameter set to Managed automatically, changing the quantity for a project quotation will generate a revised quote with an incremental revision number.
The full list of project sales documents is provided in the Sales document creation function (GESPSO). Revised fields, including the Revision number field (REVNUM), are highlighted.
The default project sales document is the document with the highest revision number. A final sales document, however, can be generated against any project sales document revision number.
